UI

- Added knockback and speed stats permanently to the HUD. These are the values that increase with the orange/blue upgrade pick-ups

- Added points gained text that appears in randomized positions around your current points. This text smoothly fades out upon appearing

- Added smooth fade out transition to pick-up text 

- Improved pick-up text list positioning

- Improved wave text positioning

General

- Fixed base movement speed being unintentionally lowered by shop speed-on-kill upgrade when at/near max base movement speed

- Updated executable name
