General

- Added a splash screen

- Added a proper main menu in place of the temporary one

- Updated positioning of clouds to go around the large mountains more

- Updated positioning of stars to intended distance

- Fixed drones not being able to die when knocked out of the playable area

- Fixed pausing being possible in the game over screen

UI

- Added speed multiplier (from upgrade) to HUD

- Added new simple attack cooldown UI near the reticle in place of the two icons in the bottom right
